MD. SHAMIM AHSAN qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), within his article ship from December 1994 to May 1998 with a reputed firm named Rahman Thakur & Co., he gained wide and varied experience in the fields of auditing, accounting and taxation.He has a vast experience in some of renowned Group of Industry in Bangladesh like as PRAN GROUP, Orion Group, Padma Group, DIRD GROUP from September 1999 to June 2013. He is practicing with Islam Jahid & Co. Chartered Accountants as a Partner since 1st July 2013.He has overall knowledge of Accounts / Finance / Audit / Tax / VAT /Company affairs as well as administrative management preferably in a multinational or international organization or reputed company or a group of companies environment. MD. SHAMIM AHSAN now is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and his ICAB Enrollment number is 1047.
Md. Abdur Rahim Miah is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) who qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2004. His ICAB Enrollment number is 858. Md. Abdur Rahim Miah is also a member of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), Confederation of Asian & Pacific Accountants (CAPA) & South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA). He has almost twenty four years working experience in different sectors in Bangladesh. From June 1999 to March 2002, he worked in PRAN Group as Finance Manager and from October 1996 to May 1999 in Mirpur Ceramic Works Limited. From April 2002 to June 2006, he worked in Apex Holdings Ltd. as a Manager – Audit (Head of Internal Audit department). From July 2006 to September 2020, he worked in DIRD GROUP as a Chief Financial Officer. He is practicing with Islam Jahid & Co. Chartered Accountants as a Partner since 1st March 2021. He has a depth knowledge as a Professional Accountant with diverse skills, proven business sense and technical expertise in financial strategy & decision making, risk and assurance management, designing and maintaining accounting system, treasury management, LC monitoring , buyer analysis, cost control, Income Tax, VAT, business process control design and development and value creation
